Having risen from Consultant to Operations Director she has seen recruitment evolve enormously to become far more sophisticated and fast-paced in an increasingly candidate short marketplace.
However, she feels incredibly passionate that as recruitment becomes more sophisticated that it's the personal touch that is still the essential element to its success.
